Where Clean Slate Stays operates
Now serving Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, Fort Myers and surrounding Southwest Florida, with more markets coming. Every community has its own guests, rules, and logistics. Here's how we approach each one.
Southwest Florida
Our first market. Clean Slate Stays is based in Bonita Springs, Florida, and serves short-term rentals in Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, Fort Myers and surrounding Southwest Florida.
Lee County, FL
Turnover cleaning & rental management in Bonita Springs
Bonita Springs sits between Naples and Estero, with rentals near Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, along the Imperial River, and in inland gated communities. It's our home base, which makes it easier to schedule turnovers here, including same-day service when the schedule allows.
Bonita guests are often families and groups who stay a week and use a lot of beach gear, linens, and kitchen supplies. Our turnover checklists cover beach-gear inventory, sand cleanup, and restocking, and we report low supplies before they run out.
How we help Bonita Springs owners
- Same-day service available, subject to availability
- Beach-gear and outdoor-area checks
- Linen and consumables tracking for weeklong stays
Collier County, FL
Turnover cleaning & rental management in Naples
Naples rentals range from beachfront and downtown condos near Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South to single-family homes and units in golf and gated communities. Many condo and homeowner associations set their own minimum-stay, registration, and guest rules, so we start every Naples assessment by reviewing what your association allows.
Demand here is strongly seasonal, with winter and spring visitors and longer snowbird stays. That means more turnovers in season and more time between bookings in summer. We plan cleaning schedules, pricing, and maintenance around that cycle.
How we help Naples owners
- Condo and HOA rule review during onboarding
- Gate codes, guest registration, and parking instructions written into check-in messages
- Off-season deep cleans and maintenance scheduling

Turnover cleaning & rental management in Estero
Estero, incorporated as a village in 2014, is home to large planned and gated communities, shopping and dining at Coconut Point, Hertz Arena, and easy access to Florida Gulf Coast University and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).
Rentals here often serve visiting families, event guests, and travelers who want to be close to the airport. Many communities have association rules on rentals, guest registration, and amenity access. We document those rules and build them into check-in instructions so guests know what to expect.
How we help Estero owners
- Association rule and amenity-access documentation
- Flexible scheduling for late airport arrivals
- Turnovers timed to event and university calendars

Turnover cleaning & rental management in Fort Myers
Fort Myers covers a wide mix: condos and lofts in the downtown River District, riverfront and canal homes, and rentals near spring training ballparks, the medical centers, and the routes to the Sanibel Causeway and Fort Myers Beach. Each has a different guest, from baseball fans in spring to traveling professionals year-round.
Many Fort Myers-area properties have been repaired or renovated since Hurricane Ian in 2022. If your rental is newly rebuilt or newly listed, we can help with the setup: inventory, checklists, listing improvements, and a cleaning plan before the first guest arrives.
How we help Fort Myers owners
- Setup for newly renovated or newly listed rentals
- Event-aware pricing for spring training and peak season
- Maintenance coordination with local vendors

We may also be able to help owners elsewhere in surrounding Southwest Florida. Coverage depends on schedule and travel time, so tell us where your property is and we'll let you know.
More markets coming
We're building Clean Slate Stays to grow beyond our first market, with the same checklists, reporting, and hands-on approach. If you own a short-term rental somewhere we don't serve yet, let us know where it is. Owner interest helps us decide where to go next.
A note on local rules: short-term rental rules differ between states, cities, counties, and associations, and they change. The owner stays responsible for the property, its permits and registrations, and its taxes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
